REFUNDS

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless a mistake is made by us. Before you checkout, please make sure to check and double-check your order details before checking out. If an item is damaged or incorrectly embroidered due to our error, we will replace the damaged item for a new one or refund you if a replacement is not possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Outside Items
Outside items are accepted on a case-by-case basis, only. Please contact us directly if you have an item you would like for us to consider. Please note: All efforts are made to make sure your items are embroidered perfectly!! However, we do not replace or reimburse for outside items that are damaged in the embroidery process. You assume all risk by sending your items to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

SHIPPING

Can orders be picked up?
If you live in Fort Worth, LOCAL PICKUP is available. When you checkout, please make sure to check the pickup option.

How long does it take to receive orders?
Current Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. If you need it sooner, please reach out to us directly.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

MONOGRAM ETIQUETTE

1-Letter Monogram
A single letter initial may be used to represent a first or last name. If you are monogramming a personal item, it is usually monogrammed with your First Name Initial. If you are monogramming something for your home, it is best to choose the initial of your family’s last name.

2-Letter Monogram
Two letter monograms may be used for an individual or a couple. Two letter monograms tend to be used as the first and last name for an individual or two first names or last names for a couple. Remember, if the letters are side by side, the ladies’ initial goes first.

3-Letter Monogram
Three letter monograms may be used for an individual or couple. The typical order is: first name (for an individual or the wife’s name for a couple), middle name for a single female, maiden name for a married female, or husband’s name for a couple.
