First month subscription due immediately. Each month after you will be invoiced on the 1st. All invoices are due no later than the 5th of the month or it will be cancelled for that month.

Shirts will ship no later than the 15th of each month.

Personalized items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless a mistake is made by us. Before you checkout, please make sure to check and double-check your order details before checking out. If an item is damaged or incorrectly embroidered due to our error, we will replace the damaged item for a new one or refund you if a replacement is not possible.
